All we hope is the voices calling out to themselves, like I've taught them and we all 2 Unfortunate the sight, if only the darkness bore a light and not this bloody sight. My eyes watered in fear, where is this comfort from Mummy and Daddy, those distant murmuring voices. You laughed so calously, I screamed inside, did I wake or die. 3And I could hear the screams of a dozen voices near the house. The voices drew closer and closer. The voices chanted as 4 The fingers flicked against the cold panes of glass. I hesitated wondering, what my desire for darkness had manifested. I was thoroughly surrounded, both internally and externally. Outside the man with spider like fingers, the humming of voices, so deafening, and the 5light shining in my eyes. The calm of the first voice became quieter, and then my eyes snapped open and I felt what I thou 6ght was a black hand near my body. I felt a stinging pain, and a sudden burst of strength, slamming me into the floor. I was struggling 7to breathe, but I couldn't stop. I could feel the warm blood dripping down my chin. I could feel my hair being melted 8
